Standard thermal insulation strip molds
A conventional mold set includes the cold mold, hot mold, flow divider, flange, heating tube, water cover and outlet pipe.
Tooling is developed according to the finalized profile drawing and the requirements of the extrusion process.

Multi-cavity thermal insulation strip molds
The cavity mold configuration uses core pins alongside the mold assembly. The final tooling arrangement is defined by the profile structure and production requirements.
